Associate told me good job today at the end however no one responded to my thank you notes, I might have had some room for improvement but I don't think anything was particularly overtly bad. I have another one coming up this week how can I ensure this never happens again I need to be done with recruitment would appreciate any feed back in regards to taking a step back and reflecting.
