Deal size: usually small cap with the occasional LMM deal
Deal flow: very good, typically private cap raises or sell sides
Culture: very good, a real community and you’re treated with respect as a true team member
Comp: average, base salaries are slightly lower than market but they aim to pay nice bonuses that will bring total compensation in line with market standard
