GPA change on Official Transcript

Quick question, please don't give me (too much) crap for asking this because I know people have asked similar questions, but my situation is a little different

I have been currently going through a grade change with my school (was given a B- instead of an A) and it took about 1.5 years to get this fixed because the professor was horribly lazy and would not help me out by filling out the forms. Anyways, I met with a counselor who said my major gpa should go up about .12 points to a 3.6 and accumulative go up around .10 to a 3.5. I put these 2 gpa's on my resume and used those as my grades when applying.

I recently have round 2 interviews with a few places, but they wanted an official transcript. Turns out my major GPA is indeed a 3.6, but my accum is only a 3.39. I know the general rule around the board is that being off by .1 is pretty big, but will they call me on this? Especially the HR people?

No - I've said this before and still believe it to be true, but HR expects some inflation on resumes. You'll be fine. The only reason most of these people want a transcript is to ensure that you're actually enrolled, scheduled to graduate, and don't have a 1.0. You can explain your story if asked, but honestly they don't whip out all of your past resume submissions and start checking your numbers.
