GPA conversion for US IB applications
Hi everyone! I’m an American-Australian hoping to leverage my dual citizenship to apply for IB roles in the US. My university uses a 7.0 GPA scale rather than the typical 4.0 system used in the US. I’m wondering if I should convert my GPA to the 4.0 scale on my resume for applications in the US to make it easier to assess my GPA, or if I should leave it as is to avoid confusion.
Cheers!
Honestly I have no experience with this but what I think would be a good idea would be to say something like:
GPA: 7.0 / 7.0 (4.0 / 4.0 Equivalent)
or something like that. That way you are accurately showing what your resume is while also making it easier to understand
Repellat hic vitae ex sit. Doloremque deserunt ut fuga et et in. Iusto cumque corporis dignissimos ullam non quod at eum. Ea unde ullam ex illo ipsa laborum.
