I am wondering if my Spring semester GPA matters in my internship (as in will they terminate your offer and will they take you GPA into consideration? I will be working in London this summer.

Unless your GPA is absolute garbage and you bring it up it should be fine. It will make a difference for Full time however.
Let's say I have around 3.4 to 3.5 at one of the top schools and I will be working in UBS London as an analyst intern this summer, does it matter for my full time offer?
