applied to a few sa 2020 positions and put my major gpa on my resume as 3.9 instead of 3.8. This was an honest mistake as I forgot to update the major gpa after the semester ended. My cumulative is still consistent with all the apps. Is this something to worry about/should I do something?

IB requires attention to detail. Messing up your own GPA does not help you on that front.
Wouldn't worry about it unless you get a first round. With those firms, you can mention that your GPA dipped slightly / say you have an updated version of your resume and want to send it over. As long as you don't admit it is a mistake it shouldn't be a huge deal
