I use Modern Tailor for M2M shirts, as do a lot of the guys in my group. Double ply material and a few customizations and usually end up paying $60 a shirt.
not a great deal. go to mohan's on 42nd and park and get custom (with initials monogrammed, any style cuff/collar you want) for 50 a piece. they fit you better than the shit you get at BB, and at a better price.

yeah mohan's does not have a great rep on the street, either.
Fwiw, I got fitted for my custom men shirt and was impressed. There were a few wealthy types in there when I was that were spending 1-2k on clothes. Hopefully the shirt turns out as well as I'm expecting.
