Guys, bonuses paid out in February for the year prior (2021). Nobody will get a bonus or find out until Jan/Feb 2023 what they're getting for their 2022 bonus, as Comp day is sometime in January every year.
If you left the firm before a certain date I think it’s either you don’t get one or it gets paid out to you in full around the time / before you if you’ve been there a full year the year prior which is what your bonus is applicable to. But I think it’s at the firms discretion but pretty sure depending on when that year you left and if you were there a full year prior or leaving anytime during your first year.
Inaccurate, analysts are on a summer cycle
I work for the firm, Comp day when you’re told what you’re increase / bonus is happens in January every year and your bonus is paid out in February, this is company wide for everyone. There’s no bonuses in august.
Analyst above is correct. Only AS2 and above are on the calendar year cycle. Might be different in divisions other than IBD, but first 2-3 years as AN/AS are paid in August.
