Pretty much the same as other risk roles at big banks. If you’re moving from front office to risk, just know it’s very hard to go back.
Vp credit officer at a decent bank is base of around 190k and a bonus around 70k.
But you’ll always feel like the front office people look down on you.
Do you know analyst 1 comp?
Especially with new raises in other divisions
