You will be able to make trades, you will be subject to a 30 day hold period, and you won't be able to trade stocks on the group's restricted list. You will also have to clear every trade with the group's compliance/control room. You'll also have to declare all of your accounts and likely won't be able to trade things outside of the declared brokerage account(s) unless you're willing to put up with a huge hassle.
