I had first round/technical call with a VP and he told me to expect a SD invite. SD will be happening within the next 2 weeks

How hard were technicals
I guess it’s relative to how prepared you are. I don’t think they were bad at all, but definitely harder than at other places. Some M&A and LBO math and a few debt questions come to mind as being the most challenging ones.

Yes, NYC generalist. I got an email on Monday asking if I was available to chat the day after.

Non-target / non-diversity / MM. Although I had an MD and VP pushing for me. We worked together over the summer on a deal were both firms are joint bookrunners. MD reached out directly and told me to apply last week.
