Guggenheim IB - Restructuring

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone has any insight as to the Restructuring team over at Guggenheim in terms of culture, hours, and other aspects that are important for keeping one's sanity in banking? Not necessarily too concerned with their reputation, prestige, etc, but really trying to see if it'll be a good place to be for the medium, maybe even long term (past the analyst position, at the least)

Thank you!!
