What group are you applying to? Will likely be M&A in most cases since that's driving their revenue and growth from my understanding.
Dependant on team, the TMT team will do a completely different model than O&G team (LBO vs NAV)
It is the TMT group.
I've heard from a headhunter TMT does an LBO modeling test.
