Don’t work there but I know some who do: Extremely strong as far as deal flow/standing. The main senior MDs (both ex BB) who originally formed the group represent a huge chunk of market share. Culture is tough and the group works hard. It’s a much smaller industry than say services/pharma, so the team size reflects that.
