Guggenheim Menlo vs PWP SF vs BofA Palo Alto vs Credit Suisse SF
Hey everyone, been lucky enough to receive offers from all shops and curious about which has the best exits to VC/tech PE, deal flow, culture, etc. I get the sense that most west coast tech banks are roughly similar in terms of exits anyways but thought it wouldn't hurt to ask!
Should only consider BofA and CS from this list- IMO from there it’s a toss up. PWP SF is historically not strong despite good brand name and GUGG PA just started so they don’t have much of a track record.
Got it, which would you lean towards? A friend of mine said CS is losing senior people, but they seem to have a better track record in West Coast tech.
I’d prob pick CS. BofA historically slightly worse than CS and the PA senior bankers just left to CVP PA
