Guggenheim RX Exits?

Couldn’t find threads on guggenheim rx exits, pay, and cultures in the forum bedsides the top 5 (HL, PJT, EVERCORE, LAZ, MOE.) Would love to hear if it would be possible to exit into MF or Traditional PE given the recession hit with the increased mandates.

I guess I’m more curious about their potential in one or two years, given the amount of mandates with the increase of distressed companies.

I went through the interview process with them and got a general sense of the language around exits. A handful of people stay on as A2A (more than what I see at comparable firms). Exits unclear. Pay is comparable to firms you listed. I would not go to Gugg RX with the sole intention of exiting (in the same way people think of PJT RX in that manner--particularly because in a way that's how they designed their analyst program). Exits are unclear, they are currently figuring out culture issues and establishing themselves within Gugg (post-Millstein). A few people I talked to said they joined legacy Millstein with the intention of doing RX/banking long-term. From all the conversations I had, I really don't view Gugg RX as the ideal bank to go to for exits.
