Guggenheim Rx Exits (On-Cycle?)

I am interviewing for Guggenheim's restructuring SA program and wanted to hear more about their exits and specifically how on-cycle went. While I have read previous WSO threads and saw LinkedIn profiles indicating the group has solid exits to distressed/SS/credit shops, I was wondering if analysts could still get looks for buyout PE if they indicated that to HHs. Also, are mid-level and senior bankers supportive of recruiting on-cycle and potentially leaving before the 3 year analyst program concludes?
