Guys, seriously stop asking for Hirevue questions

It seems to be every other post on the SA threads and every other thread in this forum is begging for hirevue questions. You all need to stop. Like seriously there aren't many things that are more beta than being frightened to take a few behaviorals. Not to mention that this clogs the IB forum and kicks meaningful topics down.

The dumbest part is that if you can't do a Hirevue easy behavioral question that gives you two tries, how do you possibly expect to survive a superday? Think about Hirevue's like training for an in person interview, and you aren't getting any practice if you know the question in advance and already have an answer prepared. Have fun looking like a bumbling idiot on a super day when you get a question you weren't prepared for.

 

Thats the paradox of IB, so many kids think they can do it simply bc they're a harvard 4.0, when in reality most MD's are former frat bros that are professional socialites who learned finance along the way

 

many non-targets dont know anyone else trying for IB hence they cant discuss things with anyone. target kids know a geeky kid that can do the psychometrics. just how things work

Honestly, why don't people just respond to those hirevue posts with joke/wrong answers. Here was one of mine. "How many hamsters can you fit in a 737?" Answer: As many as you want, but at some point the plan will explode if you mix the genders in there and let them have privacy/fun.
