I am considering applying to an analyst role at Harris William's Richmond office. I was wondering if anyone has any insight on how the Richmond office compares to some of HW's bigger offices in terms of exit opportunities. I should mention that it's December now, so my opportunities are starting to dry up a bit.

If you don't have an offer you can't afford to be picky, and more than few have picked HW over BB.
If you can actually get the offer there’s far worse you could do than hw. Great PE placement, any fund under 5b is attainable assuming you’re a good candidate. Pay is at/above street. Culture is great. Grind you harder than most BB’s I’ve heard tho.
