Has anybody else taken Nomura online tests?
Has anybody else taken the Nomura online numerical and logical tests? Any idea about how well one should do to pass to the next round?

oh good god. search bar, common sense and ability to research are all deperately lacking in this thread.
I did search online and on this forum, but there wasn't much info on Nomura's test in particular.
not hard. it's justlike an other online assessment. math section, reading section, and logic, if i remember correctly
First ones are basic math/unit conversion. Last one is some BS test where you are given crazy shapes and have to determine which one is next in the sequence, something like this http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_SqhhJb_P3Kk/Sfy6iFJSE2I/AAAAAAAAGyA/JImWjfP1f…
There's an extremely excessive amount of these. I basically started clicking random ones halfway through and realized I'd never want to work anywhere that required this.
I think I did about 80% correctly. Didn't have time complete the pattern recognition test. Hope this is good enough to pass to the next round.
Yes, the pattern recognition is pretty entertaining. Not much you can do to prepare for it. And the other questions were basic math and statistics.
