HBS/GSB Deferred Admit - Put it on resume for On-Cycle?

Joining a top group for FT and know that I want to do on-cycle for MF PE but I'm not sure about including my HBS/GSB acceptance on my resume. Would firms that dont kick you out after 2 years not like this because I'll leave in 2 years?

I come from a semi-target school with a subpar GPA so having it on my resume would really help but just wondering if its a red flag for firms.

I'd view it as a net positive so I think it's worth including. Even with firms that aren't necessarily 2 and out, there's no guarantee you will stay and/or get promoted. The acceptance to a top MBA program offsets your "less prestigious" undergrad and lower GPA to some extent. Your employer will also know they won't have to worry about you having to devote a lot of time toward MBA applications with GMAT prep / classes, essays, etc. I'd just make sure you have good reasons for why you're planning to pursue an MBA, as there's a good chance your interviewers may ask.

What were your stats? How did you get in with a subpar gpa? Are you diversity?
