Is HC wainwright a good shop? In reading up on them I know they have good deal flow in the small cap healthcare space but I also have heard they’re a little sketchy (dump and pump).
Is the latter true? And what is their reputation?

They're a legit bank known for small cap HC as you mentioned. Probably on the same tier as Roth Capital and similar names
