I am currently at a relatively new industry/product boutique, looking to exit to PE. Firm hasn't had that many historical exits so I'm wondering once on-cycle recruiting starts is it advisable to reach out to the head hunters if I don't get contacted by them? And is it possible to get interviews just by networking at UMM/MF?
