Healthcare Industry Primer?
Hey guys, recently started an internship with a smaller, healthcare focused M&A shop and looking for some useful healthcare primers. If anyone has anything they could shoot my way I would be super grateful.

There's a great weekly email from a guy named Paul Keckley. I think I actually found his name on WSO. He has his past letters on his website and has great insight on various things in the Healthcare space (Medicare/Medicaid, Hospitals, Physicians).
If you have access to a terminal (i assume you don't), there's always decent short primers in Bloomberg. Other than that, you can find free industry reports from big consulting companies like Deloitte and McKinsey online for free. Hope this helps!

Does the firm mainly deal with a particular vertical within healthcare? i.e., services, med-tech, biopharma, insurance, etc.
