Healthcare PE Shops

Does anyone know anything about Linden in regards to reputation, culture, compensation etc? How do they rank to other Chicago private equity shops? How do they rank with other pe shops that focus on healthcare?

 

I would guess competitive comp with funds the same size. Comp is pretty good and junior guys get more responsibility than at some other shops than I have seen.

It's a step below GTCR, MDP in terms of prestige, but can compete with either in HC. Well-known and respected nationally in terms of HC, particularly on the services side.

Overall culture seemed to be pretty good and people seemed relatively decent compared to some other shops I've interacted with.
