I don't think you could go wrong with any of those options. I would think about where is the best exit options and where you connected the best with the people.
I have no clue what exit opps look like for Chicago but would it be possible to place at KKR/Apollo type of mega fund?
Are the EB offers for New York or Chicago?

My recommendation would be go where you enjoy the people the most and have best deal flow. I would talk to alumni or upperclassman and ask them for advice.
