HELP: Evercore Model Test for an Associate

Friends, what should I expect in a modeling test for an associate at Evercore?

All I know at this stage is to expect a "M&A DCF"

I'm expecting they want to see a model that will show:

- Sources & uses schedule

- Purchase price allocation, goodwill, and asset write-ups

- Pro Forma of the merging entities

- Accretion/dilution analysis

- Contribution analysis

- Sensitivity analysis

Should I also expect to do a DCF (i.e. forecast combined entities' financials and do a DCF valuation)?

Would highly appreciate if anyone can shed more light. Happy to PM if you prefer
