Hi guys,
I'm waiting to hear back from two different MM IBs that are leaders in Spain. I'm sure that you will know which they are. One comes from Japan, but has a good presence in the EU, with a specialized team in London and a general team in Iberia. The other shop has an only presence in Spain but has a very good deal flow and a partnership with an EB from the US.
Given that both banks are actually in the top league tables in Iberia, I actually feel that they are more or less the same, and the comp that Glassdoor shows are biased as fuck. So, what should I do?
Regarding culture, I think both have really nice teams, so I don't think that choosing one or the other, would change that much.
