HELP: PWC Delivering Deal Value (DDV)

Hi Guys, I had recently applied for a role within PWC London as a Senior Associate, in the DDV business unit. To be more specific, it is for Financial Services clients. I would assume it is for people with 1-2 years of experience. It would be great to hear your thoughts about the role. Also what are the common interview questions and approaches for the case study. Background: Currently working in Audit for a Big 4 (unc D). Got 2 years of experience looking at Financial Institutions, specifically investment banks and capital market clients. I’ve not worked in Transaction Services and I don’t really know how the day to day activities go. I have been trying to break into it, and this has been my best shot at it. I can do a DCF, understand WACC, CAPM and how degearing and regearing beta equity works. But all of these are just educational knowledge, and not practical knowledge. As I gained them during my qualification for ACA. I do have a good understanding of Financial Institutions, and I have genuine interest in TS/M&A and willing to work my back to learn more. They are (obviously) aware that I am coming from Audit (at least I hope so) from my CV. So not really sure what to expect. Thanks for the time. Cheers.
