[HELP] What is Transaction Cycle in IB?
Hey guys, I have a stupid question about Transaction Cycle. I see the words frequently in job descriptions of Investment Banking roles like "familiar with transaction cycles" but I don't know what it means. Is it the M&A procedure? Can anyone here shoot me an answer?Thank you!

I think it just refers to the timeline/process in a transaction.
