1st year analyst here I'm honestly spooked that I might fail the series 79. Been scoring low 60s on my knopman exams and struggle with the valuations and questions regarding debt and the wacc. I'm okay with the regulations but my understanding of them can go either way depending on the phrasing. I take the test in a week, what are my chances of passing?

You have a week bro stop tripping
If you take the test in a week, I’d say you probably have a >90% chance at passing. Keep crushing practice tests. Knopman is notorious for having difficult practice tests tbh, and if you are hitting 70%+ by the end of the week then ur chillin.
This worked for me BUT everyone is different in their abilities. I purposely did not care about any of the wac stuff and math questions. I didn’t study them nor try them in the exam, there was only like 3 of them on my exam, everyone told me there wouldn’t be many anyways. So I just focused on everything else as I knew I’m very good at memorizing the other nonsense. I passed the exam with ease. So all depends on what you think you are strong at. Like others mentioned, you have a week. You got this
If you have a week you're more than fine, just buckle down over the next few days. If you don't get WACC conceptually just forget about it and be 95% on everything else. Tell your staffer and teams you need some time to study if need be, they don't want you failing because you were turning comments
Go back and watch the videos of your worst 3 sections. You’ll pass.
Finra has a 79 study outline that has everything that is on the test. Go look it up and you should be good.
