Help with being physically fit for IB
I have been trying to eat good and it helped me a lot with my energy levels but my biggest obstacle remains working out. I get a short workout in on Saturdays and that's it. Any thoughts on developing on a good routine (when we go back to the office) to be training more? given that: - My hours are from 9:30 am (I'm there at 9 am) till 9:30 pm on good days - I have 1 hour of commute - My lunch cannot be more than 20-25 mins - I rarely have time to go for walks during the day -I stay after 9:30 pm at least for 2-3 days of the week
Building gym. 20-25 minutes of interval training before dinner.
find a gym near work or get weights for your place.
You'll just have to sacrifice sleep for working out. I have a similar length commute (50 minutes) and just force myself to go to the gym pretty much every weekday morning before heading into the office. Did it in banking, doing it now (pre-rona obviously). Find a gym near work or near your apt.
Bodyweight training at home in the mornings + evenings + good nutrition = nice long terms results
