High school math courses or online financial modeling courses to offset low gpa for MBA

I have an undergrad degree in civil engineering from India with a 2.64/4.00 and a masters degree in construction management from USA with a gpa of 3.57/4.00. I scored 326/340 on my GRE. Should I opt for community college math courses or take online financial modeling courses to offset my low gpa?

I had applied to NYU and Ross for Fall 2021 but got rejected and I would think it was because of my GPA(keeping aside my essays and LOR assuming they were good enough and my 5 years of work experience in construction engineering).

I think in a time where a lot of people are unemployed, quite a few may turn to education. Haven't checked the numbers yet, but I would imagine that your profile isn't competitive enough when a lot of people are trying to spruce up their profile for a very difficult employment market.

If you are going for a competitive degree in the US, I can also imagine that even two degrees and  5 years of work experience won't make the cut. You could apply for a less competitive school or try a different school in general.

Not sure community college would help, sorry.

Thanks for the comment. Well, in that case, I have a list of universities that I plan on applying to(see below). Would you be able to tell me where I would stand a chance to get admitted into? In that case, I would have a profile targeting those specific colleges.

NYU

Ross

Cornell

Fuqua

Darden

McCombs

Kelley

Manchester Business School(UK)

City university, London(UK)

Oxford(UK)

Cambridge(UK)

Imperial(UK)

Feel free to add any that you can think of. Thanks.
