i have a relative who owns franchises so unlike you i actually know what i am talking about. will never understand why people like you get the impulse to comment on topics where it is clear you have zero legitimate perspectives on.

i don't know of many franchises that let you be exempt from weekend work buddy. it is actually the opposite where you are often missing holidays to work. this whole notion of you can leave the business to employees is how most people fail. if you are a mega franchisee that has 100s of franchises, then yes, you probably have the cash to hire the best managers. otherwise, you better be knee deep in your franchises and putting in work as the employees will not be motivated to work as hard. wake up at 10am? dream on buddy.

and i especially LOL'ed at your free man comment. your franchise is for all intents and purposes under orders from the corporates. corporate thinks it might be best to spend tens of thousands to change the menu or revamp aesthetics? your opinion does not matter and you better get ready to spend. rowdy customer or karens causing drama at your business? get your ass down there to clean it up. raw material and labor wages rising? sorry you dont control pricing so eat the smaller margins like a good boy.
