IDK man im in the same boat. Im 100% hispanic but I look like a white guy. I usually put hispanic and if I can also put white then I will lol idk if it hurt or helps but its the truth.

I hope this is better than the last batch of shit you gave me. Produced more wood than Ron Jeremy. I don't want you to yell, "Reco!" anymore. Know what you should yell? "Timber!" Yeah, Mr. Fuckin' wood.

Well, if you are certain you are more than a hundred percent Hispanic, I'd put Hispanic on an application. I am a Hispanic, but I look like a typical white American/European. Most people usually ask this question, "Where are you from? Your accent is different". I tell them where I am from, they are usually shocked. Funny. Being a minority helps just a little depending on banks' quotas for hiring applicants who are minority. Correct me if I am wrong.

Good luck!

No idea which is the better one to choose, although I can understand the angle on diversity recruiting. I would love to hear an actual HR monkey on this board chime in on this.

Sorry for going a bit off topic, but just out of curiosity, do the majority of Americans perceive race quotas in the hiring process as fair? Appropriate? Decent?

Years back, there was an option to mark down "Other". Believe that's been replaced by "Two or more Races".
