Interested as well, would be great if any ft bankers may shed some light on this. Btw, also quite interested in what other banks (GS/MS/JPM) HK offer rates may be like this year compared with its past.

HK is in a serious recession - first from 5 solid months of protests followed by impact of COVID (although of course that's not HK-specific). Moreover a general slowdown in China due to trade war, government policies, etc. is a further dampener to new issuances. Things will be tough for a while. That said, I don't know if even the banks know yet what their return offer % will be.
