HL Analyst / Sr Officer Discussion
HL just held a firmwide conversation for CF with the head of banking and it was honestly unbelievable how out of touch these senior guys are on the state of morale at the junior level. One of the best years we've ever had and 0 effort to share any of that success with juniors.

- Final comment of meal allowances increasing back to $40 / meal expecting rousing approval after spending 30 mins explaining how our burnout has been self imposed
