RX numbers were communicated this week. Not sure what the range was but heard data points for AS3 in the 275k neighborhood
What's the base for AS3?
This would be for the 200k base year. Progression is 175k stub / AS1 -> 175k AS2 -> 200k AS3 -> 225k AS4

CF but again, anecdotally, so potentially not the best sample based on the below comment.
Bump - been hearing 60% - 70% for associates
Better than other MMs… but based on this town hall and record rev performance a bit disappointing. I guess most of it went to increasing the dividend…

In CF so far I have seen $75K-$100k for associates.
That’s tough. I’ve seen some associates in HL’s advisory business touching $60-$70k. Not much of a spread between that and the low end you mentioned for CF.
Are bonus ranges similar for all CF groups? So similar bonuses across all M&A industry teams, Capital Solutions (ECM/ Debt Advisory) etc.?
