HL Tech IB Lateral Interview

Hi All,

I currently have a phone screen with someone from HR for the HL tech IB lateral position. i was hoping to see if anyone has had experience interviewing at HL before or in tech specifically and had any advice regarding the interview process at HL. Also any insights on WLB, exits, culture and deal flow would be appreciated. Thanks!

Haven't had the screen yet I am just asking for general info on the group and interview process (modeling test, case study etc.)

When I interviewed for their tech group in January the HR screen was pretty typical with the next round being with a VP. Very deal oriented questions followed by a case study. If I remember correctly it was either a simple three statement model or an LBO. The last round is a super day in their ny office. Could be different for this time around but hope this helps

Believe case study is for second round, but if anyone can shed light on this that would be great
