Considering a couple of 2022 threads have already been creating, I wanted to suggest some type of sidebar be added to the home page where each thread that has been created can conveniently be placed under. For example, if you click on "recently active," to the right is a green sidebar titled "START DISCUSSION," so maybe another one could be created for all recruiting threads? I think it would be super convenient for the college students that are recruiting, who seem to be the people that need the most help.
