Hi guys, Next week I'll have a few interview rounds at Houlihan Lokey in NL. I couldn't find that much information online, so I was wondering if you guys have any useful tips? And in which sector(s) do they excel? (e.g. TMT, Retail & Consumer, etc.).
Since it'll be my first M&A-related job interview, I expect some technical questions but not at an advanced level. And do they focus a lot on accounting stuff?
