Houlihan Lokey vs Jefferies vs Rothschild

I'm looking to recruit these three firms for their New York offices. Anyone have any insight on which would be the best to take an offer from. Culture, exit opps, deal flow, upward mobility, etc.

Obviously HL on a per firm basis, though that’s typically out of Chi

Roth/Jeff RX are also kinda crazy ngl.

Roth Advised on Puerto Rico's RX. Enough fucking said like are you kidding? Not to mention their European exposure.

Jefferies's UCC mandates goes insane and their higher profile debtor focused mandates are getting real high in them numbers (2,000 mm).

Jefferies > Roth > Houlihan

Worked at both Jeff and Roth, and Jeff was way better imo

Could you provide some insight into why Jefferies over Roths

Rothschild for culture aspect IMO and they do well enough with sponsors
