Do the normal meal / uber allowances and so forth in New York extend to Houston? Any companies offer gym deals? Parking paid for?

Your biggest perk is cheap rent and no state income tax
most banks do charge for parking ($200/month or more IIRC)
My bank gave us free passes.
Not sure which banks charge for parking. Most I’ve encountered pay for you to park in a specific lot.
Specific lot? Most have garages attached to building
BAML and the EBs all charged for parking a few years ago from what I recall.

They give you oil canteens every day. My friends in Houston will never have to pay for gas again.
Meal and Uber policies are the same. Most banks have a gym in building which you may pay a nominal fee for. Parking definitely not paid for, usually there will be a garage in the building - think $200-400 a month
$400/mo is not trivial. Kinda blows.
Yeah not fun. Know some people who just Uber every day to avoid it, but that's gotten so expensive it's kind of a wash.
