How accurate/inaccurate is the salary report?

How accurate/inaccurate is the WSO salary report (https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/investment-bankin…)? Why does it seem much lower than the figures cited online?

For example

https://www.mergersandinquisitions.com/investment…

The WSO report is inaccurate as a whole. If you know what to look for though, you could parse through the entries and find some accurate information.

Reason it's inaccurate is some people are slow and don't know what a base salary is and how it differs from different kinds of bonus, others put in wrong job titles (eg BO claiming to be IB analysts/associates), different pay in different regions/time periods, and people filling in shit just to get access to the database. I would trust glassdoor or mergersandinquisitions info rather than the info on here.
