But as second year, why are you even grinding?
How is bro cap by saying he hasn’t had a day off since New Years? I’m in a MM Industrials group (been mainly focused on aerospace & manufacturing deals recently) at a non-sweaty bank (aside from certain groups) and that’s pretty much the norm. Yea I get to wfh Fri-Sun, but am online from 9:30-7 then anyway. 9:30-12 Mon-Thurs on average. Is this not the norm? Am I being sweated and just delusional?
B5 in Canada is up and down very team dependent. M&a across the street is sort of 90hrs and insane turnover
What could help here? Are ai tools taking off any load? Need more juniors or what?
