How common for IB SA return offer?
Seems like Summer Analysts always get return offers so I was wondering, do they ever not invite people back / is it common? I know the recruiting process is so intense so most people are ready to perform

Offer rates vary by firm but typically 70-90%+ across the street. The devil you know (and have spent the summer vetting) is often better than the devil you don't.
Some groups are notorious for low return offer, in general and on average time, it’s on you to lose the return offer
