How do bonuses work for off-cycle hires/laterals?
Lateraling to a top tier BB as a 1st year IB analyst.
How would bonuses work for somebody like me? Is it pro-rated? Or would I automatically be enrolled in the lowest bonus bracket?
Yup, maybe they’ll let you get 6 months but you’d probably get pro rata whatever everyone else got. I know one person that did what you did 2 months before the bonus and he got the whole stub so you never know
As far as I know there’s only one top bank let you get in IB from CB. Congrats on the offer bud
