For those of you who finished their stint in IB and chose a next job with less hours and stress, what did it feel like initially and did you lose your grit?
I imagine myself leaving IB and then dominating my next “normal” job because of how easy, light, and stress free it is. Is this the case or do you just re-acclimate pretty quickly?
