I want to start reaching out to people from my bank for my virtual internship and going to start doing it on linkedin. I have my headline as 'incoming ib sa at bank' but don't know how people in the industry think about that. I want to show i work at their bank but dont want to seem like a fuck. Thoughts?

It's not that hard to wait until you start to add the role to your profile. Putting it on your headline doesn't help you reach out in any way - you can just include it in your messaging.
Putting incoming in your headline isn't the worst, there's adding the role to your profile proper as "incoming ...", and then the worst is posting some grandstanding bs thanking everyone under the sun for their support that helped you get X internship, with a big picture of company Y underneath.
