in this market no RO puts you down significantly because everywhere will ask if you got RO in first round.
i had processes that occurred before my SA gave returns and got ghosted for even saying RO was still pending

you should be networking alot in the second half of your SA especially if it looks like you aren't getting staffed on anything important as it really just becomes a numbers game of getting into enough processes that one doesn't mind you didnt get RO enough or they know you beforehand and so not having RO isn't their first impression of you

I’m currently recruiting FT with no return offer. I’ll be honest, I’ve had 5 superdays and I know half of them didn’t give me the offer because of the return. So the guy above is right and given current market conditions it might be a bit harder this summer.

If you wfh, schedule calls then. If not, book a conference room for 30 min calls. Definitely have to be very careful about doing this though. Ppl can tell.

you find the time but most common for me were lunch, random conference room, late night when less ppl are in office

you're probably not going to break into the FT PE analyst program but top banks are still open to you. ppl know MFs have low RO
